2018 Membership

Members are entitled to access all amenities and the following privileges:

  1. The term of membership is for the entire lifetime of the shareholding member, providing they remain in good standing with the park, or until such time as they wish to transfer ownership. After transfer a residual, declining twenty year membership (with share) would remain, which is also transferable.

  2. Optional services such as RV trailer towing, RV waste water evacuation and winter site snow plowing, are performed at a very reasonable cost. Cottage rentals are discounted to shareholding members and their guests (Only during non-peak times, Oct 2-May 1).

  3. Yearly maintenance dues ($1000 + GST for 2018) includes campsite use, year round RV storage, firewood and showers. In addition, Members may use the Resort up to 180 days per year without additional charges. Members are always guaranteed to have an RV site when they arrive.

  4. Shareholding Members have voting privileges and may attend the Annual General Meeting. They may also stand as a nominee to the Board of Directors, vote on yearly budgets and participate in shaping the direction of the park. Each shareholder has collective ownership of the park.

  5. Members may access the park year round.
