Important Reminders
- RV Site water is turned off for the season. You are able to fill up your trailer with water at comfort stations and pump houses when you arrive. Please plan your stay accordingly. Site rental is discounted for the days there is no water at the site.
- Both pools are now closed until spring, the adult hot tub is now accessible to all ages and will be open during the winter season!
- 2025 Bookings: Public booking period begins February 1st, member (and member's guest) booking period begins January 15th.
- Our office is now closed on Sundays. Please email us at information@wildernessvillage.ca. For emergencies, please call or text (preferred) park patrol at 403-846-7775.

RV Campsite Cancellation and Payment Policies

*Please note that the CABIN and RV CAMPSITE cancellation policies are different, and the information below only applies to cancelling RV CAMPSITES.
RV Campsite Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled more than 14 DAYS (2 weeks) PRIOR to the arrival date are refunded the full deposit paid LESS the $25.00 administration fee. When cancelling a reservation less than 14 days PRIOR to the arrival date, up to 3 nights may be forfeited and any remaining fees refunded to your credit card; administration fees may apply.
RV Campsite Changes Policy
All changes or adjustments to a reservation must be made more than 14 days (2 weeks) PRIOR to the arrival date, an administration fee may apply. Please check for public availability if you wish to extend your stay. No refunds are issued for early check-outs. Nights can not be reduced at check-in. Administration fees may apply to adjustments/changes made after the initial reservation.
Refunds are not given for weather, air quality, fire bans, vehicle problems, advisories (including pandemics), animal related issues and/or any evictions.
RV Campsite Payment Policy:
A one-night deposit is due at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 14 days PRIOR to the arrival date. The one-night deposit is permanently attached to the reservation and dates cannot be changed once booked.
Wilderness Village Resort reserves the right to charge through all outstanding amounts and/or refuse service or entry, if required. Valid identification (ID) is required for all registrations and must match the name on the reservation.
